Personal data that is processed
I process your personal data because you use my services and/or because you provide this data to me yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data I process:

• First and last name

• Internet browser and device type

• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on my website, in correspondence, or by telephone

Special and/or sensitive personal data that I process
My website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, I cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. I therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data from being collected about minors without parental consent.
If you are convinced that I have collected personal data about a minor without such permission, please contact me via info@jd-training.nl, and I will delete this information.

I can also use them to optimize my website.

Viewing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request for me to send the personal data I have about you to you or to another organization specified by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@jd-training.nl.

To ensure that the request was made by you, I ask that you include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
